This site is run by Charles Obah, based in the UK. This notice explains how your email address is handled under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Only the email address you enter in the newsletter form, the date you signed up and the fact that you ticked the consent box. No tracking cookies or advertising pixels are used.

Why and lawful basis

To send you the weekly "UK AI agent deals" email. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Where it's stored

In a private storage bucket on Vercel (hosting provider) in its London region. It is not sold or shared with advertisers or sponsors.

How long

Until you unsubscribe, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Every email will include an unsubscribe link; you can also use the form below.
